"Not sure what Alejandra Rosario (gringa) what she was talking about I have been a patient for years and have never had any issues with his office staff. I myself have walked in late and was turned away and thats off the fact that THIS IS A BUSINESS so as patients we are not to be late and waste the providers time. I have always been treated with respect from DR festa , Laurie, Mitch the office manager and his staff. Ignore the negative reviews in my opionin those were left out of spite. Thank you DR Festa and staff!!"
"This place has very rude and unprofessional service. I had an incident where I was going to be late so I called in to make the staff aware of me being 5 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrive I am told i can not be seen due to being late. I explained that I called in and informed staff I was going to be late. Well because I was a WHOLE 5 minutes late.. I could not be seen. I made a new appointment and arrived on time for my appointment but was seen 10 minutes after my original time. So basically they are spiteful and not accommodating whatsoever. Not a good place. The patient comes first and instead it’s about them and their timing. Not cool. Not right."
"I've been a patient with Dr. Festa for over a decade at 3 locations. He is very professional and comes highly recommended. His staff is great, Mitch the office manager has always been on point whether it be getting information/questions to the doctor or helping with insurance companies, not fun work, or helping with paperwork. Mitch is an integral part of the team. Also Amy who handles the desk, appointments and pretty much anything you need. Thank you Rejuvenation Center for many years of great health service. Scott B."
"I know this Dr. And staff for many years! I have recommended family members and friends that to this day are still very content patients. I have consulted the office manager on many occasions seeking his expertise and advice and always received calls back quickly. The entire staff is excelent and makes patients feel comfortable and are very friendly. If the office manager stated things happened a certain way...rest assure they have! I understand you may be upset that you did not get a position you desired but you need to move on."
