"I can say that my first telehealth consult with Dr. Persaud was great! She listened to my husband and I concerns, answered questions and spent great length with us explaining the process of trying to get pregnant via IUI or IVF. It would be absolutely great if I didn’t need her services, but in the end, if we do, I would feel very comfortable with Dr. Persaud!"

"Office staff is ridiculous when answering phone. They put you hold without saying anything and left for 15-30min. Even now I’m returning a call from the office to schedule procedure and again I’m put on hold right away and to find out after on hold for nearly 15 mins that the nurse is on lunch & wasting my lunch break being on hold. I find it extremely rude to not even ask why I’m calling, I’ve never done that myself as medical assistant to my own patients. Even my first appointment was a bad experience, was set up for a telemedicine but was given no info and had to be placed on hold 20 mins every time I called trying to get someone to help and almost missed my appointment but luckily Dr.Persuad still saw me even after an hour from my appointment time due her staff’s mistake"
