"We had to run in there for emergency stitches when our son fell in Walmart. The staff was courteous and extremely responsive, sending us straight in to meet with the nurse practitioner. E, The nurse practioner was very professional, kind and understanding of the issue, and took prompt action to stitch up our son's wound. Her supporting staff, too, were kind and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience under unfortunate circumstances. If we had to choose between any urgent care in thr area, we would come back here."
"Was there last week 5 minutes after closing when the doors was locked already and they opened everything up special for me and gave me friendly and 5 star service and helped out till the last second!! The patience that the doctor had is unreal and I will always appreciate it!!"
"it was a busy night, both people at the desk were patient and so kind to everyone, and so organised. very impressed and grateful"
"They were extremely friendly and helped me out with an ear issue I had. I appreciate their work, thank you!"
"This place is a joke. I am a physician and a friend’s 25 year old son had been having terrible diarrhea all day for 3 days. He needed a stool culture and antibiotics. He paid his 40 dollar copay, I spoke to the intake nurse ir aide and she said the PA would see him. The PA, without even talking or examining him told him they were not capable of treating diarrhea in an otherwise healthy 25 year old man. Naturally, we’re reporting this to the NY State Medical Fraud unit fir charging for services not performed. But I’d love to know what the can treat if not something so simple as diarrhea. Don’t go unless you’re healthy. Update: the PA mistakenly thought the young man was having an upper GI bleed based on miscommunication and told him to go to an ER. This was without doing a simple rectal exam and testing for blood which every outpatient clinic and certainly urgent care can do. He also failed to nite the 30 bowel movement per day history which is NOT a sign of GI bleeding."
