"This pharmacy is the WORST! I had an rx called in from Urgent Care. Pharmacy gave me a time it would be ready. It wasn't ready. Then they closed for break and didn't set my expectations at all. Urgent care and ER rx should be given priority and you should properly set your customer's expectations. When I went back at 2pm she said I should know they close for lunch "like they have for a year and a half and like every other pharmacy." Ok so all your customers just know when you take lunch? (Acme doesnt shut down operations so it'sactually NOT every other pharmacy). I would never think to check a business's website to check for a lunch break for the staff. She was argumentative and rude and I'll be transferring all my prescriptions back to Acme where they don't treat their customers like this."
