"Unlike many other pharmacies, they treat you like a person, (an individual as opposed to an insurance card) and if/when there's an issue (many of which don't make sense at first), Pharmacist (Arlin), who's patient, personable and knowledgeable, discrret and honest, will do everything he can to help or explain, or help fix the problem and I'd go as far as unironically calling him a genuine community leader. it's a convenient location and their recent renovation/expansion, gives it a welcoming aesthetic and a diverse inventory, from medical supplies, a gift shop and a stocked fridge. My only advise is "those who want respect, get respect", as I've personally seen scowls turn into mutual smiles and to stay on top of your Rx (dates, follow up etc) and you shouldn't have a problem. if anything it's the sloppy federal restrictions that responsible for frustrations. My only negative experience was a result of miscommunication/arrogance with some of the temporary staff, and that's every place, but the "good" people, not only recognize your voice on the phone but will treat you like a neighbor."
