"very horrible people. have no time management. they send me medicine that i was taken off of for 6 months and didn't bring the new ones. i called them and talked to Michael about my insulin and he is very careless he said the medicine was supposed to come Saturday and will be sent today then they proceeded to send me the wrong insulin and told me they forgot it in the fridge. this happens a lot and not just me to the whole family never deliver medicine on due dates and we are always wrong never them .they belittle people and we talked to the owner and he said this is our service if you don't like it go somewhere else."

"Health Aid Pharmacy II on Richmond road, the workers here are wonderful, helpful, and caring. They do deliver. However, this time we were inside the pharmacy. They looked up what we were able to get with our coverage and helped us out. My mom has also been coming in here for years. When we couldn’t go out due to Covid and restrictions, they delivered not only our meds but other necessities as well that they sell like soaps, Lysol, and things like that, which were needed. We received the Covid 19 booster and the flu shots there on October 19, 2022. The staff at the pharmacy is very kind. They listen and help. They had the covid boosters and asked us which one we wanted as there was a choice of the companies behind the booster shots. They also had flu shots. I also do like the size varieties of their products which are on their shelves and the prices are reasonable."

"Just an amazing staff from Pharmacist to the delivery driver The ladies at the register all sweethearts. Never had bad experience in their presence. Been a customer since the location opened. Thank you all ...just wish with my schedule this location was opened for either just deliveries or called in meds on Sunday for at least 2 or 3 hours. Recommend that anyone uses this Pharmacy just amazing"
