"Had a difficulty filling my prescription. Apparently the drug is unavailable or there is a shortage. Pharmacist was very informative and helpful which I was grateful for."
"My wife recently visited the store to pick up some medications, and unfortunately, she had a very negative experience. When she asked for a blood glucose meter, the staff member insisted that there was a blood pressure machine instead. Despite my wife showing the chart from her Doctor that clearly displayed a blood glucose meter, the staff member was rude and refused to believe her. They print the wrong prescription and has no intention to verify it. The staff actually told my wife that the Doctor and herself are the person that wrong. After back and forth for 20 minutes, my wife finally got her glucose meter."
