"Excellent shop. I initially went for the knife sharpening service as my kitchen knives were in sorry shape. The man I spoke to (he may the manager or owner but I didn't catch his name) made it clear he knew what he was talking about with the different kinds of wet-stones he uses, etc. He was also careful enough to figure out that one of my knives had a 90/10% bevel and he sharpened it correctly. He was also able to do serrated knives. All 7 of the knives were available same day. In addition I bought a couple of new ones to round out my set, and he made some great recommendations that were very good and affordable - there was no attempt to up-sell anything I didn't need. Even though this is a little far from my neighborhood I look forward to heading back to this shop for my kitchen needs."

I was able to pick up a roasting rack right before my Friends-giving extravaganza and was able to choose between several options.
