"The pharmacy customer service today helped me out well beyond my expectations. The woman was so kind, patient, and helpful, and she was even able to help schedule delivery for my prescription since I was afflicted with covid and unable to pickup in person."

"i have never had a more negative experience at a pharmacy. i have been prescribed my current medication for over a year and seem to have an issue each month when i come into this cvs to pick it up. i have hesitated writing a review before transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy, in fear that it would further jeopardize my ability to receive it. to worry that an interpersonal conflict would interfere with my medical care is ridiculous but seems to fit with the unprofessionalism exhibited at this pharmacy. i have never had an issue with the female pharmacist but have started to refuse to interact with the older male pharmacist, always anticipating some conflict. he consistently finds a reason to withhold my medication each month, despite no changes in my dose or insurance. his behavior seems discriminatory, given the type of medication i’m on. this is not the first time i have heard this about his behavior and i’m disappointed by how this location has handled the complaints. do better"

"This is the worst pharmacy ever. They literally never answer the phone; they leave you on hold for 20 minutes and then pick up the phone and hang up on you; you can literally hear them in the background. Or, if you’re lucky, they pick up the phone quickly and don’t event acknowledge you, they just hang up. I have tried to call them for three days. This is honestly insane. If you call the front desk, they say they’ll help and then just cycle you through. They never have stock and always fill prescriptions late. Use literally any other pharmacy; taking my business to Altru from now on."
