Reviews
"Not as bad as the reviews claim!! Understaffed for sure and definitely notice a good amount of people with clearly complicated issues who get upset at the pharmacists (when it’s probably a doctor or insurance issue) but if you are just going in for a easy prescription refill, it’s usually quick and easy. The pharmacists such as Cookie are very nice! I recently went through a complicated issue with a new prescription and was able to sort it out on the phone in a few minutes. My prescriptions usually do not take long to fill. Cookie also has helped me apply coupons to my prescriptions."
"Unprepared, untrained Manager. I made a purchase through the app but it seems like he doesn’t know how to work their own system and he made no effort to call their help desk to learn how to do it. He simply cancelled my order. I’m surprised this place gets 1.4 stars. Seems very high."
"Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is incompetent. I don’t know how she keeps her job. In addition to screwing up prescriptions, taking two days to fill a common prescription, to never, never answering the phone, this place is a joke. My doctor put in a prescription for a MedPack. Next day they tell me it’s on order and it will be ready in five days. FIVE DAYS! I tell them that’s crazy, it’s a common medication and Walgreens is a chain store. Someone one must have it. Staff said I should call Rite Aid (Walgreens owns Rite Aid) and ask if they have it and could they send it over to them. I’m serious. She really said that. I told her that was her job and she said ok, and she called and got it. That’s just one crazy example. People on line trade war stories while listening to customers arguing with the pharmacist about mistakes. Can’t wait to change my plan. I’ll walk three miles not to have to deal with this place."
"This place is truly as slow and mismanaged as other reviews have alluded to. Individually, the employees are fine people, but I’ve never been to such an understaffed, incompetent and woefully incapable pharmacy in my entire life. If you want to routinely wait in line for an hour, this is the pharmacy for you."
"May have been the most frustrating appointment I ever had. Got there on time, after waiting for the paperwork to process, we were told to come back in 30 minutes because they were running behind. We went back, continued to sit around and wound up leaving without getting our vaccine. This location needs a good house cleaning."
