"Very slow at this pharmacy, I waited over a day just to get antibiotics and when I went to go pick it up that’s when they put together my prescription. I always thought that if your prescription was called in then you wouldn’t have to wait in CVS 20 min to get it. If you have another option then please use it plus the pharmacist herself doesn’t care how long people are waiting for their medication"
"I requested my pharmacy order and needed to be more specific! I was given an order I hadn’t planned to purchase at this time instead of a recent order by another physician! I wasn’t notified at the time that that order would not be fulfilled because my insurance company would not cover it because it was an over the counter medication! I had to call when I got home and realized I had received the wrong prescription order and couldn’t return it once I left the store! I still wasn’t automatically notified that my prescription order couldn’t be fulfilled until I myself asked about the prescription order! Very frustrating and disappointing! Not very productive and professional of CVS at all!"
