"I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Naomi at Walgreens, and I must say, her exceptional service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Naomi greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately put me at ease. Not only was Naomi incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Walgreens, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. Her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that is rare to find. Overall, my experience at Walgreens was made memorable by the outstanding service provided by Naomi. Her positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and genuine care for the well-being of customers truly set her apart. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Naomi for making my visit to Walgreens such a pleasant and enjoyable one. She is a true asset to your team, and I look forward to visiting your store again soon. "I refilled a prescription for critical medicine. It took them days to fill because while the script is vastly common - they didn’t carry it or were out of stock. Once it was filled, I paid extra for same day delivery because I had a sick child and limited access to transportation. I received a message saying it would be delivered and the money was taken out of my account. 6 hours later when it was not delivered and I knew the pharmacy would close in an hour - I called. I was told that they “didn’t get a fax” so they would “open a ticket” about it. Maybe they “would know more tomorrow. But we are closing tonight.” so although I paid for critical medicine to be delivered, they told me to go away because they “didn’t get a fax” They didn’t rectify the problem and then look into it later, because I needed the medicine. They didn’t figure out a way to help me considering my circumstances, and the fact that I had paid for delivery of the critical medicine today when the pharmacist was dismissive, I called customer service, and after speaking to seven different people over the course of an hour - they told me all they could do was “open up a complaint”, and yet they did not ask or take my information or the location of the pharmacy. They did not take the name of the store, and even though there is a Walgreens on seemingly every square mile of the United States of America, there was no attempt to get to me in as timely a manner as possible the medication that I had paid to have delivered and that is critical to my health and that of my unborn child. here’s the thing: very often when we get stressed at work or life, we say to ourselves “we’re not saving babies it’s not that important“ Walgreens actually is saving curing protecting children and human beings. And it is clear that they care not about their paying customers or those human beings, or their medical welfare. They clearly demonstrated a lack of concern or care for a pregnant women who paid for a service they failed to provide that it critical to the health of both. This is not OK on any level whatsoever. This is absolutely brutally callous and quite sinister to actually not do anything to rectify such a situation. I am shocked that those with such great responsibility to people and children’s health would be so very deeply negligent. After their affiliation with Theranos - we would have hoped they would at least care about their reputation. But clearly they feel their monopoly is sufficient to justify a callous disregard for humans, customers, pregnant women and unborn children."
"The pharmacist, Joseph, is extremely kind and caring. All businesses need more people like him, he’s the man! It’s always great interacting with people who care about their customers. 5 stars for Joe!"
"Checkers are very friendly. Prices very good. Ice is 1.99 for 7 lbs, .50 cents less than CVS. Lindsay black pitted olives large can $1.99 less than Acme Vento olives $2.50 on sale. Ample parking. Recommended."
