"I enjoy visiting this store so much mostly because of the awesome people that work there. Lupe is an outstanding employee who always goes above and beyond to help people. I also appreciate Mike who works there. He is helpful and always has a positive attitude. The only bad employee honestly is the “manager “ ( not Marcel he’s awesome , the other guy) who watched my daughter’s book bag get stolen and did nothing. He also harasses high school students and accuses them of stealing when they are paying customers that are always there and don’t steal. Other than him great employees P.S. The coffee could be hotter btw"

"My 5-star rating is STRICTLY based off of the hospitality of Marcelo (I hope I said that right). Went there 1 night and ordered a strawberry smoothie which Marcelo came over to the counter and made himself. The smoothie was excellent. I came a second time recently in the day time before work and Marcelo was there once more being hospitable and making all the difference. It’s evident that Marcelo is the rare gem. I’ve even attempted to go back and order the same smoothie and of course it surely was not made the way Marcelo made. I hope Marcelo’s work pays off and that he is rewarded for such hospitality and care that he continues to show this location."

"Went to this location to get a sandwich and there was an extra little ingredient. I called the location and the employee did not care and told me to come in the next day. I went right back the same day and again the employee did not care and had an attitude the whole time. She didn’t even want to look at it and threw it out. She told me i couldn’t get a refund and all she could do was remake the sandwich. Like i even wanted another one after that. The fact that there is no manager at night is insane and if their own employees cannot handle situations like these then a manager should be present. The nighttime staff is disgusting and need to learn how to treat customers when issues like these arise."

"I have watched this great store go down slowly in popularity throughout the years. The place is always a mess and out of stock. The coffee station is barely stocked and a constant mess. The food is a joke, eggs look and feel like rubber. Bacon, or so I think it is, was like sawdust. Bread felt and looked old. Cheese is never melted on hot sandwiches, always cold and small portions for such the prices. I rather buy breakfast at McDonald's. I don't know what is happening but the general manager needs to do a major cleanup. This is the only store on our busy street that is open 24hrs folks should take pride in it. But also customers NEED to do their part in keeping the store clean and beautiful. I've seen customers throw food, garbage and stuff on the floor inside the store. SMH!"

"This is a larger sized location with several tables and chairs near the front door to sit, chat, read the paper and so on. The store is clean and so is the restroom. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is a large selection of snacks and beverages as well as prepared sandwiches and salads in the cold case. The parking lot is shared with some other businesses, so there is plenty of parking and the entrance is handicapped accessible."
