"Best hospital in New York, hands down. Best doctors, best staff, and most of all, best attention to your needs."
"They have no one to work on insurance. Literally if this is supposed to be the number 1 hospital for cancer and they have no one that pushes through for insurance. When I worked in outpatient I had a unit coordinator/secretary and if a patient needed something urgent like life or death medication for transplant she was on phone that day. Yes it took a couple hours.. then she would run and get doctor to do peer to peer review. People are in life or death situations and they are acting like we are just asking for non urgent physical therapy. I’m sorry but you need to get employees that work with insurance companies. This is a must and completely unacceptable that you do not have this."
"Very beautiful building and environment. Staff very friendly. Specially for food service patient was excellent. Room service one by one. Doing chemotherapy is not easy . So most inpatients do not have appetite. Consider Manhattan traffic issues, this area is hospital zone. Most important and good hospitals around. Very convenient for pick up at 67th street , main entrance at 1275 York Ave. Visiter have too Pre fill registration form on line. If u frequently in and out patient, pls download MYMSK app. Most appointments and labor info will through app. Trust and best one."
"This location is horrendous the customer service is below subpar just downright rude and unprofessional being on your phone and I’m trying to get your attention is not acceptable. this is not happy hour after work your here to do a job and be pleasant people are coming from all over to get care here if front desk staffing and scheduling doesn’t like their jobs find new employment elsewhere"
"Worst billing department, will keep you on hold for an hour or more and send you harassing bills every month even though you have health insurance. Reps also hang up on you and do not call back. How do expect to get paid if you give dieing patients a hard time like this every month??"
