"Our room was nicely remodeled however our friend's room was not. Floor and carpets were dirty but it was the end of the season. Staff were very nice. Can't beat the location."

"Loved being near the beach. It was great being able to sit on 3rd floor balcony to observe and hear the serenity of ocean without getting sand in my shoes. The rooms are fully equipped so you can shop, make your own meals and save $. Hope to return to Roman Holiday Resort in the future."
"Super close and convenient to the beach. Staff in the office was beyond friendly and made me smile during both check in and check out. Our room (410) wasn't great. You can tell they remodeled the kitchen/dining/living area and the sink area in one bedroom but everything else was outdated. The king bed was terrible. My husband sunk into the right side and ended up having to sleep in one of the other beds. I was creeped out by the small toilet/shower and dingy light in the king bedroom. Pool was good but not refreshing. It was actually a little warm. All in all, it was an okay visit but we'd likely not return."
"Just what I needed! Helpful staff, right off the beach, close to the boardwalk, great views, and you can cook in your room! Pool was clean and has a running waterfall with cool Roman-style statues. Will definitely return. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone."
