"Worse hospital for mentally ill patients. They never answer the phone have any information on the loved one. The person who answers the phone never get you to the right doctor. Then the messages you leave are ignored. This place is supposed to be helping out people instead they make them more crazy so they can increase their stay. I understand nyc gave out so many stimuluses that their broke. And they have to recoup the money best way they know how. But with our loved ones no it has to get better. Just because people are mentally challenged does not mean they do not have people who love them!"

"I was a patient at this hospital not too long ago my experience there was overall terrible. The Doctors and nurses were disrespectful. Trying to sleep is impossible due to the fact the beds are so hard causing bruising to the skin. During the day you would have school and have a group or 2 then afterward you do nothing else but be bored."

"If you call early To scheduled your appointment they will pick up quickly. They have great doctors and nurses if you communicate well with them, they will work with you. They are very professional but if you be rude that will not be tolerated with them show respect when you speak to front desk workers they work really hard to help there community."
