"Went here for the first time last night as a girls dinner out. The service was impeccable, the team there took great care of us and the food was amazing. We got a bunch of appetizers and a bottle (or 2) of wine and never felt rushed. Every time we though we needed something, someone was at our table asking if we needed anything. Can't wait to eat here again."
"Very nice casual french bistro. Fun atmosphere, long bar, and has a cool store next door."
"Great experience and food! Waiters are incredibly friendly and attentive and the food is incredible. They even included an extra desert for free for the holidays. If you go definitely get the truffle risotto it’s to die for!"
"I went there for a live music event. When arriving, I went to speak with the hostess and told me I can hang out on the bar until the band starts up. The bartender said I couldn’t sit if I wasn’t French. Apparently there is a rule of only “ French” people are allowed to sit on the bar. That was shocking to hear. But, In a way, I understood that it’s local community bar. I spoke to the hostess again and he went to the owner and explained that I was here for to watch the band. He then let me sit down at the bar. The bartender apologized to me and we had a laugh about it. The bartenders and staff are awesome people. Very friendly, very helpful, and made the dining experience all more special. The food was fantastic. Very authentic and delicious. The beer, I was introduced and drinking the Kronenbourg 1664(white) all night. It was so good. All in all, I am definitely coming back and dusting off my French words and going to learn more, in the hopes of being fluent."
"Classic French dishes served in a chill and relaxing atmosphere. Came here for lunch at their opening time on a weekday. l was the only person at the restaurant for the first 30 minutes and got a nice bar seat up front. For a French restaurant in Midtown, this seemed like a rarity, but I was glad to enjoy my lunch peacefully. Foie gras plate was a nice start to the meal. Along with the classic combination of toast, fig, and foie gras, they also had some salad which nicely refreshened my palate before digging in. On the other hand, the duck breast was unfortunately slightly overcooked. The red wine reduction sauce and the veggies on the side were good, but not worth its price. I’ve had much better duck breasts at a similar price point, so this was surely a disappointment. Thankfully, the crème brûlée was amazing despite its unassuming presentation. It would’ve been better with more strawberries, but i was able to finish the meal on a satisfactory note nonetheless."
