"We were looking for a daycare center for our toddler. This was going to be the first time we enrolled our child in a school, so we evaluated our options carefully. Our daughter started with the one-year-old group, and after five months, she transitioned to the toddlers’ group. We were very happy with the care the teachers and the directors put into our child. We could also see how she learned and became a more social kid after the pandemic. We are glad we could connect and be part of the Star America community. I would recommend Star America without hesitation."
"My son started when he was 6 months old. Now my son is turning 4 and still loves it there. The teachers there are extremely tentative and loving. My son had a lot of problems fighting with other kids. The teachers took the time to communicate with the parents and tried to help us to guide my child. I want to extend a special thank you to Miss Janet, Miss Tina and the director Aaron. They deal with little people every day but they are doing a very big job. I want to say thank you so much, you are true educators."
"We started our child at Star America in Q1 2020, and had an excellent experience for the time we were enrolled until COVID shutdowns caused us to work from home. Mr. Aaron Ye was extremely considerate and responsive on the administrative side, and our child had the best time with Ms. Banu in the infant classroom. The teachers clearly care, take a lot of time to communicate with parents on how the child is doing, and send pictures during the day via an app so you can see what your kid is up to while you're at work. They hold fun events as well for the kids and bring in music teachers, etc. for a well rounded daycare. While we were only enrolled for a short time due to a relocation which took us out of the NYC area, I highly recommend Star America as a daycare center for infants (3-24 months). I do not have any experience with 2 year+ classrooms at Star America but from what I gathered while I was there, the parents there are happy too. PS - Even during COVID they took extremely careful precautions and had sufficient disinfectants, sanitizer, and all the right processes to offer mental peace for us. As an essential worker, we were allowed per state rules to keep our child enrolled throughout the pandemic at the daycare."
"We started our daughter at Star America the day she turned 3 months. I was so nervous about leaving her in the hands of others but Star America made the process so seamless. They really care about their families and the infant room teachers were an absolute blessing, especially Ms. Banu. They made sure I was kept up to date throughout the day with photos and videos and were quick to respond to any questions I had. My husband worked in the building so he was able to drop in and see her during the day which they fully supported. They continuously ask for feedback to ensure they are keeping everyone safe and happy. I highly recommend this daycare. We would definitely have had our daughter grow up there if we hadn't moved recently."
"We enrolled my daughter into Star America for 3 days a week, while she attended another school closer to our home for 2 days a week. We needed the spot urgently as my wife started work and we needed our daughter to be in school for 5 days. Start America was very receptive and helped us get settled into the school very quickly. The children and teachers there are great and we've seen a lot of great improvement with our daughter over the last couple of months. One of the key activities that sparks our daughters interest is the Critter Nanny program they have. A chance for the child to touch and learn about little animals. Great program! Great school with great teachers. Recommend it to other parents."
