"Went to urgent care for this hospital waited almost for 3 hours before Dr come to see and when asked what the reason for this long, they were justifying that sometimes it takes 4 hours not sure if they feel it as achievement."

I brought my child to their psychiatrist unit for help, & staff refused to help my son! he showed all of the signs that he needed serious help with his mental health he even stated that he wanted to kill himself and the doc stated that he’s just having “behavioral issues” SMH please don’t ever bring your child here if you need support!"
"The wait time for a ER was ridiculous especially for children. There was almost an 8 hour wait, if people with didnt start complaing and cause a seen to the security there would have been a longer wait. Finally when seen my 4 year old son had a temp of 107 degree fever, congestion and weakness. The supervisor doctor told us that its a normal part for human body to try to fight the flu. There was no test done, no medication giving. Just check of ear and throat. Have a nice day after waiting for so long. Never going back to this Hospital again. They need to have priority of people especially children and better doctors with better attitude."
