"This place was great the owner and his son were so nice the rooms were very clean it’s at a great location by boardwalk and beach parking right there I will definitely be staying there again for my seaside vacations they have a heated pool the other staff there always helped me when I needed anything definitely recommend this place!"
"This place is very clean. Owner seemed very nice and helpful. Hotel is 1.5 blocks to boardwalk. We stayed in a suite room and I must say that the pictures are a bit deceiving, as room was much smaller then it appeared in pictures. Walls were thin and I could hear neighbors on either side and above. Pool was nice and clean. Overall a very nice and clean hotel. We will be returning."
"My husband and I stayed at the Sunburt Hotel recently, and it was perfect for us. As others have mentioned, this family-owned business is a charming, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable place to stay in Seaside. It's a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. We felt our room was very quiet, even on two weekend nights. The heated salt-water pool is modest in size, but a lovely way to cool off if the ocean is not inviting on any given day. We have never before stayed in Seaside, and now we look forward to returning! We will be staying at the Sunburst Motel for sure."
"Just a couple blocks from the boards, this isn't some fancy new super hotel chain, but a great place owned by a family. The rooms have gotten an update and new furniture this year and are always clean when we check in. We stay in the 2nd building of efficiencies that have a deck, patio furniture and gas grills. The main building has a heated pool if you get tired of the waves. Will always stay here."
