"I drove for hours and was just looking to check in. As a diamond member I was expecting to be welcomed in before the three o'clock check in time. I was turned down. I even told the guy I was a diamond member but he didn't care. He finally came out to tell me I could check in he just wasn't sure if the room was cleaned yet which is why he didn't let me check in but after checking it was clean he let me check in. The room was quite comfortable but the TV didn't work. The bed though was super comfortable and the room quite clean. I slept like a log which for me in hotels isn't easy. All in all not a bad place just fix the communication and the TV."
"Bought out by the wrong people who let the place go down the drain. Its a hotel turned to a refuge, a shelter, or low to no income housing development. People traveling DO NOT BOOK HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Best bet is to sleep in your car if this place is the only thing available. You can tell disgusting people lived in these rooms YUCK!!! Had the room for one night Thank God, I got up outta there first thing in the morning. Just turn the place into a full low income housing development it’s already funded through welfare."
"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This place was honestly just horrible. We booked this place for a near by hockey tournament and would've been better off just sleeping in the car. The room was okay but poorly lit. Cracked windows in the room itself and bugs in the bathroom. Bathrooms are tiny. People screaming in other rooms throughout the night(Sounded like domestic disputes at 4 or 5 AM). There is a cop car parked in the parking lot 24 hours a day which is never a good sign. TV's get 1 or 2 channels and then after a while stop working. Breakfast was cold and nothing drink besides coffee it seemed. Checkout time is 11 AM(which is fine) but the keys to room stopped working at around 10 AM so we couldn't get back into the room to keep loading the car to checkout(which according to another guest in the lobby is very common for this to happen.) Most of the staff doesn't speak English so it took around 30 minutes for some to be able to reactivate the keys so we could get back in to finish grabbing the stuff we brought with us. One of the other people we were traveling with asked for an extra blanket for their room and was told "We don't have any extra." The worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. If this place cost $1 per night it would still be grossly overpriced."
"Soccer moms, stay away! We were in our room for 30 minutes and checked out. Furniture was sticky. Floor and counters were dirty. Tub was rusty and didn’t drain. Dirt piles in room on floor. Bathroom door warped and falling apart. Room was very dark- maybe so you can’t see the dirt? Nice and close to the soccer field but not worth it."
"Loved that the location, was not far from my family, about 5 minutes. Loved that there was a microwave and refrigerator! Now for the bad. I included a picture of the door from room 321 that would not close properly, there was a gap. No way, anyone can possibly be comfortable staying here with the door like that. Even with me switching rooms, see next pic, I pushed the sofa against the door and used some hangers as my security alarm. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink clogged and when I turned on the heat to get the room comfortable, the roaches came out. Overall the staff was great, although when I checked out I had to ask for a receipt. Come armed with some bug spray, disinfectant and something to secure the door and all should be well."
