"My husband and I needed a hotel room overnight for a family funeral service. The check-in and check-out was very quick. The room was modern and clean. We had a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning with many items to choose from. Ample parking. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here recently for a business trip and it was a great stay. The location and proximity to restaurants, the marina and local entertainment is the major selling point of the hotel. It's clear to see management put a lot of effort into renovations - upon arrival I was booked in the lower B rooms which seems like a part of the hotel that's still needs to be renovated. Honestly, I wasn't impressed by the room on the B level, so the next day I went to the front desk clerk Alena who without hesitation worked hard to see if she could support my ask of being moved to another room. Luckily, there was one available on the 2nd floor, which appears to be the newly renovated rooms. Immediately upon walking in.. I said "Yes!!, this is more like it.. this is worth paying for.." I walked back down and thanked Alena, for just not just addressing my request, but having the willingness to even look into it - she could have easily said no, and moved on but she put the customer first and directly because of that and the terrific renovated rooms is why I rated this location the way I did. Thanks to Alena for the superb customer relationship skills - you've earned a loyal customer. Thanks."
