"I've been meaning to leave a review after my exceptional experience at the Freehold Mall store. After researching Lovsac online, I went to the store for visuals and to test the cushions. Jessica helped me configure my sactional and showed me material samples. I even got to interact with Dave, and both were very knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. The whole purchase process was smooth. A week later I stopped back in the store because I forgot the sactional configuration that I chose. Dave and Sharon were very helpful to show me more configuration so that I can take pictures. 10 /10 for this team"
