"I ordered three range hood filters from tuscanbasins online. At the time I didn't know that the filters came in qty of 3 so I only needed to order 1 qty. Tuscan Basins knew that but only processed an order for 1 qty and never sent me the 3 I ordered. They defrauded me then charged me 25% restocking when in essence they should have refunded me for the other two items I never received. Don't do business with these scammers!"
