"I had a wonderful visit from start to finish. Prior to my visit they sent a link to an app that allows you to put in all your information so that you don't have to do that sitting in the office. This of course made check in very easy. Staff was polite wait time was minimal. The visit itself was very efficient and moved along quite quickly. "What a waste of time, but honestly I should of known from the minute no one answered the phones to the woman calling back and saying oh our system is down now. Surprised this place even is still there really! Took my child from school early drove 30 minutes to just go find out (oh yeah, we can’t see her today that doctor isn’t here? And also that’s the only doctor who took that insurance?) but I could pay cash!! Yeah no thanks, I kindly said okay thanks have a good day and left! I’m not one to be ignorant to anyone but this made me upset and angry. One generous call is all it would take."
