Pamper Me Nail Spa

"Another salon messed up our appointment. I tried another salon whose wait time was 45 minutes. We were on a time limit and almost gave up when I remembered Pamper Me. Once before, we stopped in to fix my stepdaughters acrylic, she had originally had them done there and they fixed for free. I can't believe I forgot about them at first. We stopped over and they took her immediately. It was the night before homecoming, so I know they were busy. I am very thankful they were able to take her and she is very, very happy with her nails! You have a new customer."

"We are traveling in an RV for 3 months and my nails were in horrible shape. Kevin spent two hours+ on them.... removing the old polish (dip) and the fingernail polish i put on top to try to make do until I could find a good salon. His work was like artistry; my fingernails and toenails look beautiful! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the salon was clean, and the price was reasonable. This is a great place! "I’ll start by saying that I’ve been to Pamper Me a handful of times over the past couple years and had better experiences before (only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1). A couple weeks ago I went to get a gel pedicure- the lady who did it was very gentle but it took forever. The following day one of the nails’ color completely fell off. Two days later, the big toenail split in half and half fell off. And I’m not doing any high-impact activity! Just wearing flip flops. I was able to get back to the salon a few days later and asked them the fix the two nails that broke off already- they let me sit there for over an hour while other clients were taken back (4 who came after me), and while at least two staff (including the woman who originally did my nails) walked around cleaning up foot basins or talking. Then the man who finally sat me down and grinded and foiled my nail went and started doing a full set on another client while I sat for at least 20 minutes with the foil on my nail. Since I don’t have an hour and half to fix 2 nails that would take less than 10 minutes of their time, I ended up leaving and having my 9 year-old paint my toes a similar color at home. I will not be back to ‘Pamper me’ and would not recommend it all all after this experience."

Every time we have beautiful results, even as my natural nails are not the perfect canvas. The cost of the designs I chose so far is not small, but the end result is worth it."
