"My service and results were quick and efficient However when I called to schedule my appt I completed all necessary documents and forms on line. I continued to receive text messages and emails advising that I need to. Complete the online information. Finally on Thursday prior to my 11/20 appt I called and confirmed that all of my paperwork was in order. I asked why then am I continuing to get texts and emails? She apologized and said she would stop them. So for Friday , Saturday and Monday I continued to receive both. You really need to fix the problem immediately"
