"I’m im Florida celebrating Passover. I have a delivery of $1200 of food. Guess what… no way to contact them! You call them, and they don’t answer the phone. I called my friend in brooklyn to see that they are still open and they were. He asked why they don’t answer the phone… they acknowledged that they have no reason to answer the phone they are taking orders. Customer service don’t exist… because they already got my money!!! Ps … the guy who makes the delivery doesn’t never call the same day …or hours before… he calls when he is there… and we were not home…. To be continued?!"
"A decent sized store with a very nice selection of most Kosher foods available. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend checking it out of you've never been there. If you live locally it's a great supermarket to have nearby. I worked there for almost six months and witnessed many happy customers."
