"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If i can give negative to this company. I would absolutely do so. Worst customer service. They take their money and don't care about anything else. Two times they deliver to us the wrong furniture. Three times changing delivery dates. They don't even answer when you call them. They BLOCKED me from instagram. And Raf blocked my number as well. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And if you do buy from them make sure TO NOT GIVE THEM the money before you get all your stuff right. Because they will take their money first and then block you. They promise something and give you something else. So beyond disappointed."

"Scam. They sell you one thing and try to deliver another. When we wouldn’t accept the replacement and wanted our money back, they returned it but then wouldn’t continue to do business for a different item and kept our deposit without wanting to sell us the furniture. I had to take them to court and they still didn’t return my money or give me the furniture. The man who was nice at first was very disrespectful and aggressive once we didn’t want the bait and switch furniture they offered. Never again."

"I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. I was excited to purchase furniture from the store due to their advertisement however customer service skills are non existent. I Oder items from the store and as of today i still have not received my merchandise. This furniture store is still currently trying to charge me for items in which i did not receive. When i called on numerous occasions to try and get them to bring me back my items the young lady who answered the phone informed that "i was not waiting long and should no be complaining". Next week will make 1 month. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service i received. They also delivered the wrong merchandise to my home. I have not received a phone call, or any communication in regards to the missing items. If you deliver the wrong items to someone i would assume as a business owner you would try to rectify the situation. I should not have to wait to receive my items when it was the company mistake. It;s going to be one month next week still no items. The company does not answer my calls, or when i call they ask for my invoice number and then put me on hold and never return to the call. If they continue to try and charge my account for furniture i did not receive i will take them to court as this is fraud. The young boys they have delivering furniture brought broken glass the wrong dresser in which i did not oder into my home. If i could i would give them Zero stars."

"I’m so disappointed. I don’t even know where to begin. First of all Sara is very unorganized. The store tells you furniture is going to be delivered and never gets delivered. I have 3 months waiting for furniture that every day when I call. They tell me next week, next week, next week.. If you call the store, The phones are never working and when you go to the store you realize your order from 3 months ago was never even placed and you already paid to the financing company. You ask them for a copy of the receipt for your furniture and they tell you they lost it and have no records of it. They have all the time in the world to be posting online but don’t even answer your Calls and keep you posted on the delivery. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The girls that work there never know anything. Every time you ask them a question. They tell you they have to ask the manager. The first time they delivered the first set of furniture, the delivery crew broke it and said it was nothing. Don’t waste your money!"
