"My parents purchased a living room in February 2023. In August 2023 we tried reaching out to the store because the leather started peeling but the store had closed down. There’s another store in the Bronx but they refuse to help us. Keep away."

"IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FURNITURE, probably better to look elsewhere. Honestly witnessed a disappointing experience here. This place have lack of communication, rude to their clients and are unreliable when it comes to delivery. The person in charge of delivery does not care and would ship it late, and act unprofessional and have anger issue on the other end. Just not how you do business. If this is their motto, I’m happier taking my money elsewhere where they care. The staff were rude."

It was the exact color and size I need for my living room .on 6/26/20The 2 delivery Gentleman who came and set up my living room was very nice and courteous and professional the outcome was very great and I’m happy ..This nurse is a Is a satisfied customer.The service was great !!
