"The worst place to buy anything from, service is horrible and the management is the worst. They promised me delivery for more than a week now they ordered the wrong size bed had to reorder and this time they ordered the wrong color. Everything is going wrong since I placed my order still no bedroom my daughter is still sleeping on the floor and they refused to give me my money back. And no manager will step up and make us happy they all running. Now I will take them to small claim court it’s not fear. Run from this place and Joseph when you see them."

"Terrible experience. I purchased a dresser mattress and box spring. The box spring was about 3 inches wide. And the dresser was very cheap. The drawers don’t line up and they fall. Now the drawers are completely coming apart. I’ve had the set since the last week in March and the only thing that was remotely decent was the mattress. Now I am paying 1500 for a mattress?!? I’ve called three times and they keep saying they will come- BUT THEY DONT. I feel like I have been robbed."

"My mattress was delivered late and was delivered dirty. It tooks weeks for them to exchange the mattress. They broke the baseboard on the wall and didn't show up for two appointment to repair it. I hired someone to repair it now I have to file a complaint with small claims court to get my money back."

"Went to store looking for a mattress on 9/30/19. Wife found a mattress she like, we paid the $865 for the mattress and delivery charge. We were told they had to order the mattress and it would be delivered when it came in. The next morning I received a call that the mattress was in and they would deliver in a few hours. Later that day the mattress was delivered and set up. Shortly after they left we noticed the mattress was not the same mattress we saw and picked out in the store we also notice the stitching in the seams were coming out. We had been delivered a refurbished mattress. We call the store and expressed our concerns and we notified the finance company. The owner asked if we would keep the mattress and stitch the hole up ourselves and that he would give us a discount on another item we may want from the store. We refused that offer and after several days of when he could and couldn’t come pick the mattress up he finally came a week later. This business apparently survives by scamming customers they show you the high priced brand name items the try to pass off use refurbished items. Avoid this place at all cost. If you cant make sure you take good pictures of items purchased and inspect throughly before you allow them to bring it in your home. As we searched other places for mattress we heard all the comment about this store ripping people off. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"

"I went here to buy a new bedroom set and yet I was delivered used furniture in bad condition. When purchasing furniture I was given a contract that said at the bottom near the signature "I received my furniture in good condition". Please beware of this place. It is the worst place ever to buy furniture. During one of my visits there to try to make a deal with the owner (after purchasing their faulty furniture) another customer was complaining also. I wish I would have known so I am warning you, you will not be satisfied with your purchase."
