"The stuff is very rude and unprofessional. I was with a kid who was playing around with armchair and the customer assistant with an unpleasant tone told me to watch my kid. I was interested in buying a sofa and the assistant told me its available immediately, then passed me over to her colleague. We spent 30 mins double checking the measurements, elevator size, color, policy protections etc. In the end when I was about to order she told me that the sofa will be available in a month. She just shrugged when I mentioned her colleague saying the opposite info It’s been a while since I saw that attitude to customers. Extremely disappointed."
