"On April 21, 2023 I placed an order with Amazon furniture and I was guaranteed by an employee by the name of Frankie that I would have my dresser no later than that following Friday but by the time that Friday came my furniture never came as Frankie promised. Since then I have been back several times and so last Friday I went to the store and canceled my order because Amazon furniture failed to keep their promise and they over charged me. I found the same loveseat sofa sleeper at Walmart for $249.00 and the same dresser for 178.00 and I have them in less time than Frankie promised I was charged a total of $1669.00 for the same items that only cost # 448.00. They robbed me and refused to give me my money back it has been less than 30 days since the purchase"

"This place right here should shut down emediately the fact that we are in a pandemic and these people are selling furniture at the regular price but selling the used floor model furniture that everyone come to touch and test out the sales person thought he was slick and didn't believe we would come back for something else just to see not only did the bed looked old when it arrived but was no longer in the spot it was originally in then the sales man the second day says oh im sorry I didn't know he was gonna give you the floor model smh then on top of that they write the receipt out for a less price then on the receipt copy they change the amount im guessing so they can steel mo ey from the owner who knows all I am saying is do not shop there they just wanna take your money and surprise you when they arrive you have no guarantee the condition of the merchandise until it arrives at your home you all should be ashamed of yourself thats highway robbery smh"
