"Personally I would never buy anything ever again from here. Dio the sells men will promise you all the things you want to hear when your purchasing. But when things go wrong on the day of pick up he takes no responsibility. Not only was he trying to sell me out on the delivery which I wasn’t going to use regardless, on the day of purchase all I heard was complaints calls coming in due to deliver (signs). After I purchased 2 weeks in advance I explained time and details when I need it my furniture, all Dio can say is I promise and yes this yes that all the things you want to here. The day of my move my couch set was never there or my coffee table!! Here we come with our uhaul the nerve of him nerve of him telling me my stuff will be there by 5pm prior to the promised scheduled time of 12pm.. moral of the story me and my partner end up picking up the couch set at the Yonkers location and what can I say even than saving them The irony of delivering no one offered to help load the item. We ended up taking the display coffee table with a 50$ discount which didn’t cover any tax or the fee. And your sells men favorite line is “I’m not responsible for the truck delivering to the store” Word of advice being a Bronx native we don’t fall for sells pitches’ I knew what I want and that’s what I got my table/couches poor service and a high price to pay! Stick to purchasing online at least you know what your getting and when it will arrive."
