"Front desk is not helpful and rude. She discourages walk ins although the website says so. She looks not interested on helping people. She just want to brush you off. She doesn't deserve to be on front desk."
"Writing this review after just finishing my walk-in screening with Quest Diagnostics - went there a few days before Christmas so understandably quiet and empty, only two people were ahead of me so I had a very short wait time of about 10 minutes despite being walk-in. When I was called, the receptionist stated that next time I go, I should make an appointment. Process was pretty simple, easy, and quick. Definitely felt like I got a lot luckier compared to most of the other reviewers for this place."
"Lovely, easy process. In and out within 15 mins. I made an appointment online ahead of time. When I got here, I simply checked in then verify information with the front desk/nurse. Right after she took my blood and sent me on my way. I must admit I was very skeptical due to all the negative reviews but I must say my experience has been pleasant and painless."
"This place is Horrible. First to save yourself a headache make a appointment. If you don't have a appointment they treat you like trash. The wait is very long. They rarely have any appointments available during regular after work hours. They only have 1 person in the back working. So makes sense why the wait is so long."
"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - THERE IS A REASON THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. At first I thought the bad reviews were due to the kiosk at the front, and people not understanding how Quest works (I have been to multiple Quest locations for lab work) - but upon arrival I quickly realized that the reviews are low for good reason. I arrived early for my appointment, checked in, sat down, and waited. I saw my name on the screen pop up as "checked in and waiting". At 12:05 my name disappeared and a guy who had a 12:10 appointment was seen before me. I asked the front desk woman why my name was not being called... she said "we already called your name". I was confused because no one ever came into the waiting area and said my name? or anyone's name? I even had my boyfriend with me and he did not hear anything either. I asked the woman why someone didn't walk into the waiting room to call my name? She just replied with a laugh. I go back into the room, which is DISGUSTING by the way (my boyfriend saw it too and we are contacting someone to have a health code check be done at this location). I sat down and handed the phlebotomist my paperwork with blood work order on it. She was confused as to why it said Florida, understandably so, so I tried to explain to her the reasoning. When out of nowhere the front desk lady appears in the room and proceeds to put her hand IN my face and yell "WHY ARE YOU YELLING!!! MA'AM YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN". I was shook to be honest. I was using an inside voice and being very calm. I calmly said "I was just trying to explain to her why there is a Florida address" to which she responded again by putting her hand even closer to my face and yelling "YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!" To which i responded with literal silence and decided I should just stare at the wall and keep my mouth shut. I then hear the ladies while in front of me talking and laughing about how they have not had enough coffee today to deal with this. Are you kidding me? I left the place without having my bloodwork done as I did not feel safe or sanitary in the space. Seriously this is not a place that should be handling needles. Needs to be shut down and corporate should get involved - I have a bad gut feeling about this place and the reviews say it all. Additionally when I walked in, an older woman was trying to check in her husband at the kiosk, she was confused and kept asking the front desk lady for help. The woman did not want to help her even though a line was forming behind her. After 10 minutes of the woman trying to check in her husband, the front desk lady got uo off her chair and started to help. To which she started pressing buttons, sighing, and barking at the woman "Don't press that! See! thats why you did it wrong!" Like seriously? I understand that the healthcare industry is difficult, but this is just wrong behavior. You do not treat human beings like that. Red flag. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Avoid like the plague. I will have nightmares about this place."
