"I vowed I would never go to this lab again, and only came back here after years away because the other lab in Astoria I went to has closed. What a pleasant surprise! Even though they were fully booked, I decided to try my luck putting in my info for standby and was given a slot within 10 minutes of my arrival, and seen at exactly the time of the given appointment. Zero wait time. They now have a larger staff so they can handle more patients and see people in a timely fashion. I hope this level of staffing doesn't change any time soon. I had an excellent experience."

"Quest goes smoothly enough for me because I know not to bother showing up without both a paper prescription and an appointment. The staff here were courteous with me. But the place is really worryingly dirty, and not the only Quest location I've seen this. You can see where liquid has trickled down the walls and dried there without being cleaned. It doesn't inspire confidence when they're about to put a needle in your arm. At this location the turnaround time was quick."

"I was expecting a sub par experience from all the reviews, pleasantly surprised how good it went . Had an appointment for 10am showed up at 945 (as they suggested a lil early) and checked in. I was seen on time and out the door shortly after. They take a card to hold payment for if insurance doesn't cover your labs. Instead of just sending the bill, I was a little surprised by that but no big deal. Overall a good experience."

"The only lab available in the neighborhood making itself unavailable Quest is claiming they provide 'seamless ' services and all can be done online - not true. Impossible to get appointment at Astoria location. We walked in and were almost denied services Person at the front desk was incompetent, could not locate records in the system or help to register. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed there is no manager available. I never seen medical institution with no management available to speak with the customers. Facility is not clean, even unsanitary. Adding photo I hope Quest management (Impossible to reach through toll free number) sees this review and there would be some improvements made in terms of services and cleanliness"

"I was sent to this location by my school/employer, we only get certain 3-4 days to complete drug test that was prepaid, so I scheduled 4 weeks in advance. I was 10 min late from my appointment so an unaccommodating and mean young female told me I have to log in as a walk in and wait until the end of the day, what is totally fine BUT, SHE ADDED, MOST LIKELY I WONT BE SEEN today BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE ONE DOCTOR! People who are so unwilling to help or show empathy for others shouldn’t work in any field within healthcare."
