"Would not return. After 2 1/2 weeks test results still had not been sent to myself or my doctor. I had to reschedule an appointment because of this that was intended to go over the results. It was only once I contacted the support chat and was redirected to a phone number that I was able to get them. They were never uploaded to the patient portal either."
"I thought it would make more sense to make an appointment for later in the day and walk in early, expecting to be taken early since I was there early. Not the case, since there’s no staff to check you in there was no way to explain that to anyone. So waited for an hour before kindly asking when I’d be seen and was rudely told when my appointment is — which was 5 hours later that day. Messed up my fasting labs. I understand this is my misunderstanding of how to use their system, but it is designed so there is no support and no one to help you."
"NOT TOO BAD, THEY DEFINITELY NEED MORE STAFF THOUGH."
"Arrived early for my appointment to an empty waiting area so I began to check myself in when I realized I didn’t have my insurance card, so I returned to my car to retrieve it. Upon my return a woman / RN / Tech in scrubs in the waiting area rudely stated to me “I’ve been calling you”. I was caught so off guard that I felt obligated to let her know that I briefly went out to my car to get my insurance card but she ignored me and said “room 2” and walked away from me. Not sure if this Quest employee / phlebotomist was having a bad day but she should be sent to customer service training ASAP to learn how to be kinder to those who help to keep her employed. I refuse to allow anyone to change my demeanor so thankfully she did not have mutual participation from me."
"iPad plugged into a wall is terrible customer service. Went to just drop something off and watched them take 2 people in ahead of me who didn’t even sign in and didn’t have an appointment. Took 30min just to drop off. When I finally did get in I told the nurse the people in the waiting room were getting very angry about waiting for so long she just laughed at me and said “they’ll be fine” - doesn’t seem to be much incentive to do better and (presumably)cost cutting taking away a traffic cop to keep things moving efficiently is a terrible move. I’m sure they know they can get away with it because people have limited choices and the other nearby location is just as sketchy."
