The fabric selections is great and also they never made an issue if I would like to use my own fabric or hardware. I always feel as priority client and stuff is ready to help anytime. The window treatments are executed perfectly and always reflect my design as planned. There is no room for mistake if it comes down to my Clients and their satisfaction. "Checked website and it appeared they would be able to help us with repairing cushions. Walked in and the woman who "helped" us was rude and condescending. Told us they only have the foam for their own furniture. Mass produced? Walked right back out. Sad because I love their fabric selection and we were planning on buying some and also blinds. One rude employee can ruin the whole experience."

"Way beyond disappointed!!! I ordered curtains they’re nice. DO NOT EVER have anything upholstered by them. They use L&T Upholsters who are rude and can’t upholster. I got a patterned fabric which they could not get straight. They took it back to redo. Brought it back without touching it. I’m so embarrassed of the result I don’t want people over to see. Close friends have told me NOT to keep them like this. Don’t know what to do next. But they were very good chairs and they ruined them. I will never ever use them again"

"DIASAPPOINTED -- I had done two rooms -- reupholstery, window treatments, pillows -- previously with Calico in East Hanover, and both were great successes. Three times was NOT the charm, however. I JUST had a sofa and chair reupholstered and window treatments made for a total of 32 feet of windows. In delivering the reupholstered furniture, the delivery men banged into the doorways so badly that I had to repaint the wood work on two doorways and the chair leg suffered a sizable chunk chipped out of it. With the window treatments, the installers made a hole in the ceiling and tried -- unsuccessfully -- to patch it such that I now have to repaint the entire ceiling. when I reported the damage to the chair leg, I was told that the company would repair it. But the same delivery people were coming back to pick up the chair and it would be two weeks in the shop. Since I did not want to repaint the woodwork again, I declined the repair had it done by a local furniture maker who did it in my home with no further damage to woodwork or the chair. As for the ceiling, I hate to even think what remedy Calico would provide after these two different vendors made such a mess. I note that the upholstery company is not the same as the one that did the work in the two earlier rooms. So, I am done with Calico."
