"My mother ordered a new kitchen from this company back in August 2023. It's January and it's still not completed. This is the most incompetent company. Multiple parts of the cabinets were never shipped, wrong counter tops shipped. Delivery's were delayed weeks. The warehouse in PA is horrendous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Disgraceful."

"I am not happy at all. 1st of all the service at the store has been superb, installing it has been nothing but a nightmare. I dealt with Ikea and this is just as bad! The information when it comes to the kitchen island didn't realize the overlay is 10 inches our American standards are 12-18 inches and currently we will tell the people that measure the countertops to fix it because I am not going to hit my knees when I sit. the info how to mount are horrible! Because there are so many styles of cabinets, the online videos doesn't do justice. My contractor by far is taking him more than 3 days to built the cabinets and I have to hear the complexity compare to traditional cabinetry. Bottom line, I haven't had so many nuances as compared to Ikea, just to save couple bucks! Nevertheless my husband wants to deal with this company again for a minor project in the wine room against my will! I am beyond pissed I want to cry. No thank you, no anymore. This is a British company prepare yourself with the different dimensions and arm yourself with info before committed to a big project! *edit* after the fiasco- multiple panels ordered, kitchen is done and I am surpervising, I found a gaping hole in between cabinets *Jesus can't come soon enough!!!!!* my husband perfect explanation is that kobody looks under the cabinets! Where is the common sense of this company providing another panel for corner unit? That's so ghetto!!! I like my bottom cabinets panels to be well done. It's like a jigsaw puzzle."

"My kitchen renovation began with excitement and turned into a total nightmare. I was in the showroom on the day it opened and went on to purchase my new kitchen. My designer was helpful and I felt confident I had made the right decision until my delivery came and everything went wrong. My pantry tower was missing and my refrigerator was dropped on my front steps...yes taking chunks out of the cement. I received my tower the following week, but had to wait for the refrigerator for another 2 weeks. And on the day it was scheduled to come.. it never showed up! Yes, another day of work taken off for nothing. I was told the delivery would be late, but it never showed up and I never even got a phone call. Thank goodness it was delivered the next morning. Also, my cabinet handles were substituted and I was not even told the handles I had chosen were discontinued. Just deliver whatever they want and it would be ok?? At least, I am getting a refund for them. Lastly, I ordered 2 additional cabinets from the showroom and I was sent cabinets with a different color inside from my original order. And, a shelf was missing from one of the boxes also. I could not even deal with customer service again and decided to unhappily keep these cabinets. I did not want to wait for yet another delivery and who know if they would get it right anyway. Thank you Wren Kitchens for a horrible experience! I regret my decision to purchase the kitchen I have been waiting for years for from such an incompetent and uncaring company."
