"We have been trying to buy a door from this location for over a year. The delay was caused by redundant process and the lack of constant communication.They charged for door measurements and came to measure the door, when we go into the store, it takes us near ~ 2 hours to complete order. Once the order being placed, they always came back in few weeks and tell us for some reason they could not make the door we picked. This process has been circled couple times so over a year we have not gotten our door yet. Not speaking of how much time we spend to go back and forth to the store, sit for 2 hours to place an order, the whole process just very frustrating, it’s a joke. Thinking about having to going back into the store make me want to cry. I want to cry, it’s so miserable"

"I came to the lumber section to get a brown lattice. It shows 33 in stock. I saw a few other colors - light brown, gray, white but not the dark brown ones. The blue-cap white guy responsible for the section said what I see is what they have. He didn't even bother to look for it.... 5 min later I found them at the very top of the shelf, opposite side. And the guy's gone. I asked front desk for help but it seems that the blue-cap white guy is the only guy at this location knows how to drive a fork lift. And here I am, 40 min later, finally getting what I need. Just my own experience, very bad one though"

"I recently visited this Home Depot today, on my way back from last licks creamery. I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me with anything I needed. I was in the market for a can of paint and garden lights. The staff member in the paint and light sections was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. He even answered all of our questions. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and the cashier was also very friendly and professional. I appreciated how they took the time to double-check that I had everything I needed and thanked me for shopping with them. Overall, my experience at Home Depot was excellent, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of home improvement products or services. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning for all my future home improvement needs."
