"I had to stay here for work for 2 weeks. my room was nice and clean when i arrived, i had good first impressions I enjoyed being able to have a kitchen to cook, the hotels breakfast was nice and the staff was kind and tried to accommodate me to the best of their ability. the only downsides to my stay was the fact that room service only came ONCE on their own within the whole 2 weeks and lied when i called the front desk to say i had the do not disturb sign on my door which was not true at all. Since i was staying for 2 weeks and I was also cooking the garbage started to pile up and the room only provides 2 small garbage cans for trash which got full very quickly and food started to smell spoiled and soon enough it became very messy although I cleaned to the best of my ability. I would see room service cleaning rooms at the end of the hall on the floor i was staying on and figured they would eventually get to my room and never did. they did end up coming a second time to clean after i complained but the first time they came i only got the trash taken out and new towels. this issue with room service got to a point where I had to take out my own trash and put it outside of my room because of the smell. The elevators in this hotel also gave me the most anxiety to a point where i would take the stairs because i felt unstable and uncomfortable in them at times the door would close then open up again or it would kinda jerk awkwardly…I also had a slight issue with my keycards they worked whenever they wanted to, i had to ask staff to let me inside twice and 2 days before I was set to leave the cards stopped working all together. The sink in the bathroom filled up and didn’t drain properly at all and the only door that locked in the room was the bathroom door which was a bit alarming the tv in the living room did not work at all and the phone in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Also during the last few days of my stay i couldn’t even shower because the water was YELLOW due to some pipe issues or something of that nature. overall the only thing i enjoyed about my stay was the kind staff, the kitchen, and how comfortable the bed was."

"Stayed here January 7th, for starters I travel a lot & never seen a property like this. For starters my couch was ran down with color mark drawings. Refrigerator smelled like mildew. Toilet leaks every time we used it. Towels dirty & ran down. Worst thing is I broke out after showering & sleeping in my bed. Now my left chest is breaking out. On top of that I asked for a new room before even brining my bags in, I couldn’t even get that. Not to mention my deposit for the hotel initially was $150 then All of a sudden it’s down to $100 after realizing I’m at Hilton honors member…. This place isn’t a spot I would recommend. If you walk around the property you can see half the rooms don’t even have sheets on the beds or available for use. The only thing I can say good about this place is the location & the breakfast other than that don’t waste your $174!"

"First let me say that I adore the staff here. They are all friendly and I have gotten familiar with many of them due to how frequently I stay here. I have received nothing less than top notch customer service. The location is also extremely ideal because it is literally next to the parkway. It is pet friendly and being able to cook in the room is very convenient. The pool has been closed indefinitely. This hotel is in need of renovations. The rooms are very outdated. While I think house keeping does a great job there are just things about the hotel and rooms that are old, stained and worn out. With the amount of business this hotel receives they should be able to make the much needed improvements. Parking also fills up very quickly at night. No diamond member reserved spots. They do have check in through the app and key access through the app so you do not necessarily need to check in at the front desk."

"My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights the week of Thanksgiving I found everything to be very clean the staff was terrific and always helpful. When we wanted to print out our boarding passes for our flight the printer was not working. A girl named Mariluz at the desk made it happen she was great. We had a good time and will stay there again when we visit family."

"It was a nice place to stay on the road. The room was a bit dated, the furniture was also warn/torn. But it was clean and served its purpose. I will say the the parking was rough and the in and out was a challenge."
