"Brought my puppy in for grooming. When I picked him up I noticed he was limping and there was blood on his paw. Took him to the vet and was told he had an infected paw from a paw pad shave. Went back to inform the groomer and was told they didn’t shave his paw and that it came from “allergies” but I can clearly see blood on his paw. No incentives were offered for injuring my puppy. Was given a refund and told if I get refunded they will never take him back. Horrible customer service. Will be going to a new place"

My poodle had her first grooming here.Very clean and friendly environment. “Will” does an awesome job, very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and beyond excellent when it comes to his styling.”Will” deserves more than five stars!! "This review is long overdue. I have a Shih Tzu (Sophie)who is now 15. I have been going to Amanda for 8+ years. Her kindness towards my baby is unmatched. Sophie can be needy at times where she wants to be held especially since she a “senior” baby now. There have been plenty of times I’ve walked in and Amanda was actually holding her, or she was on someone’s lap at the front desk. This establishment has been nothing short of professional and caring. I feel very comfortable dropping Sophie for her grooming and they get her out as soon as possible knowing her age which I love. It shows the compassion and love they have in my opinion. I am ever so grateful I found not only Amanda but the entire Posh Paws staff."
