"I have been a loyal Barons drug customer for decades. But recently they just proved to me once again how much better it is to use a local pharmacy than a chain pharmacy. One of my sons who lives out of state and uses a chain pharmacy had an issue with a refill. I called the insurance company and was told that said pharmacy needed to call to resolve. I called pharmacy and didn’t get an answer. Went to local branch of this chain. They couldn’t make the call. Went to barons. And the pharmacist was willing and able to call the insurance company and ger the prescription before my son left on his flight early the next morning. Thank you Barons !"

"I do not have the same experience as the other people who reviewed this pharmacy. Yes it was easy and there was a small line but I have been waiting for my results for 6 days and still no help. I called the pharmacy 9 am this morning they said they would call me back. Also they were not open on the weekend at all. Most pharmacies are open on the weekend, this one was not. I called again at 3:30 they had no answer and said they cannot help. Maybe I would get my results tomorrow. If I don't get them call them back in the morning."
