"The items are listed on sAle in the flyer and in the aisle yet ring up at the register for the normal price . Then they argue you down about it being correct until you show them the flyer then they call Miguel or the dyke manager to fix the price . Shopping here sucks but it's the only one in the neighborhood hopefully they get bought out by more sensible and honest ppl."

"with the exception of a couple employees the staff is rude/cold/unfriendly to the point of sociopathic. It's been like this for years. To need to ask for basic level of respectful engagement between humans, eye contact, not just straight up being ignored, like i'm interrupting your conversation with other employees is shameful. I'll walk an extra 5-10 blocks to other grocery stores because the vibe here is straight up toxic and brings people down and is bad for the community that relies on this location to feed their families. On top of that the countless times I bought spoiled food from here and bad smells around the meat, like an episode of the twilight zone. I wish they'd check themselves and get their act together and level up the energy because this kind of thing matters."

"Staff is unprofessional, they don’t really have care the customers that shop there. Their staff is 97% Hispanic and barely speaks or understands english. They have nasty attitudes or stares when prices at the register do not reflect the signage. They seriously need to retrain and rehire and maybe add some diversity to their staffing because they have poor customer service with the staff they currently have!!"

"This place is on corner of Gates/Throop Aves They have some bad meat in the meat department and when you go back there and look for the person handling meat, you can’t find them.the manager is young and from another country and answer quickly without thought, probably not educated about these matters.somebody’s gonna get sick from that bad meet. I put in a report about it. (Agriculture dept)"
