"I found Laser by JanaBay on Groupon. For under $600 I took a chance on six full body sessions. Kristina was my esthetician. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It can be sometimes uncomfortable getting fully nude in front of a stranger but, she made me very comfortable and at ease. I have had 5 sessions so far and except for the intimate area, non of the hair is growing back. I had my full legs, belly hair, underarms, toes, intimate area and upper lip Lasered most successful. I probably need a stronger laser for the intimate area which I will try next. The salon is very clean and the young ladies are very kind and professional. They are upfront with their prices as they list everything on their website so, no surprises. I recommended to my family for their teenagers who want some of these laser services. It’s amazing not to have to shave anymore. Updated: Unfortunately, the Alma Lazer doesn’t work very well. The hair on my armpits and Brazilian area is growing back. I feel if the Lazer doesn’t work they shouldn’t be charging over $500 for six sessions that are unsuccessful. It’s a waste of my time and money for nothing. Very disappointed."

"I'm a guy that was looking for a reasonably priced laser treatments, which can be awkward in spa's that are usually geared towards women. After researching many places decided to try Jana Bay. I've had several treatments with Viktoria. She is very sweet, works with you and makes me feel so comfortable that I also tried the deep tissue massage with her on a separate visit. She really finds the problems areas and works them out. I suprisingly felt great the next day already! Met Jana and several of the staff who are extremely friendly which is very important to me. Turns out Jana has several services that I can use so it looks like i'll be going back for some time!"

"Absolutely amazing. Just after one session I had started to see results. Esthetician Victoria was very kind and helpful in explaining the whole laser process and answering any questions i had. She was precise and made sure she didn’t miss any spots on laser. All of the staff is very kind and informative. They make you feel comfortable and have the best quality of laser machines. Would recommend to everyone 10/10"
