"What a wonderful experience!!! Anna is such a doll. Not only is she a true professional but a sweet and lovely person. On December 28th, 2023 she did a fantastic Facial and I was so happy with it! Anna is very informative, friendly and super attentive with her customers. The best part was when she saw some facial hair and ask me If I trusted her to remove them. She promises that it was not painful and to give it a try. Sure enough I did and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t even feel not a bit of pain. She used the Luxury Hard Wax which is strip- less and gentle formula. Let me tell you this is heaven!!! Today 3 weeks later I came to have a Bikini Wax which I haven’t had in 16 years. I can’t tell you enough how happy and satisficed I am with this treatment. An exceptional experience! Anna you are amazing and THANK YOU for the attention and making sure that I was comfortable, and happy. I highly recommend visiting Grace Spa!!!"
