Kathy has great customer service, is very knowledgeable about skin care, and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a great treatment. The facial experience was unbelievable. She takes the time to ask you about your skin and your routine. She is gentle and detail-oriented. The massage is so relaxing- added plus that she uses and sells anti-aging products. I literally look brand new. I left feeling refreshed. BTW, The treatroom was very welcoming and attentive. It's homey, but meticulously clean and organized. I am surprising this place has been in business more than 10 years. It still has the high quality and keep the loyalty to every clients."
