"Bina is the best ever! All of the staff here is very professional and nice. I get my brows threaded however I have seen others get their brows waxed and the technician changes the applicator every time they dip it in the wax- no double-dipping or reused applicators. I started going here when they first opened and I haven't gone anywhere else since."

"I'm new to the area and wanted to try it out since the ratings were so good. The eyebrow threading was not great. She didn't ask me how I wanted them and ended up removing the tail on one of my eyebrows. I got an upper lip wax as well. The wax got on my nose and it left my lip and nose sticky for hours until I got home and was able to get it off. They also don't have all the wax options that were listed on the website."
