"I just wantd to reach out to the gentelman ( I believe his name is Jim... forgive me if it is not) that help me in my time of need. I am a rode cyclist that was doing an 80 mile ride from Ocean City to Cape May light House and back to Ocean City, on the way back I was 60 miles in got a flat tire and my air source was depleted. Luckly I was not far from Harbor Outfitters and figured I'd ask for help. The young lady at the front desk said hold on let me see if I can get someone to help you. She did find Jim who escorted me and my bike to his shop at the back of the store. (Great Shop!) He did not have the special valve that puts air in my type of tire so he rigged a device out of fittings and black tape. Well it worked! He was able to get me on my way. I just wanted to let everyone know that the 2 people at Harbor Outfitters made my day! They could have easily blew me off and said sorry we would love to help but there not much we can do for you. You want to talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE? They are the epitome of customer service! When I am back in your area I will stop in to say Thank You once again.
