"Good morning. My name is Adeisha Jenkins. I am a current client at the firm. I became a client when I was involved in an accident 4/29/2019. I cannot express how deeply and extremely disappointed I am with the service I and my husband has received at Belushin. Since day one, the service has been poor. There’s no communication from our attorney’s. The only time we know what’s happening is when we call to inquire about our case. My husband reached out weeks ago and we still have not heard back from anyone. We are told the lawyers are in court and to leave a message. It seems the lawyers are working on everyone else’s case except ours. We have been more than patient with the poor service we have received from Belushin. We have been more than understanding that Covid happened and our case had been delayed due to that fact. Sadly, since day one I don’t feel Belushin is fighting for us. I expressed this to another gentleman months ago. It has been years and nothing has changed. I did my deposition in 2021. My husband recently did his in June or July of this year. My husband had surgery when the accident first took place in 2019. I had to get numerous injections because of my pain. I still suffer from pain because of that day. We have waited patiently. We didn’t contact Belushin when the accident happened. Belushin contacted us. I strongly feel now we made a error in thinking Belushin law firm had our best interest at heart. Still no communication, still no updates, still no compensation, still waiting on a call back."
